Thank you for supporting PRŌTOS. Each item is produced with care and intention. Because many products are made-to-order, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

PRŌTOS does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to) incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Many items are created specifically for your order. Once production begins, it cannot be modified, canceled, or reversed.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details—product selection, size, color, and shipping information—are correct at checkout. PRŌTOS is not liable for errors entered during purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. While refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, PRŌTOS will review each case to determine if a resolution is possible.

5. Digital Products

All digital products—including music, downloads, presets, or files—are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their intangible nature and immediate delivery.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting PRŌTOS first may result in the permanent loss of purchasing privileges. We encourage customers to reach out so we can assist where possible.
